We are now accepting applications for vendors who wish to secure their booth or table at OhioProg 2012.

  *a $300 Patron Seat ticket pledge through the "Pledge Your Ticket" program via Kickstarter gets you a Patron Seat ticket to "A Tribute to the
  Classics" pre-show, Friday (September 7, 2012) and Saturday & Sunday "Main Event" (September 8 & 9, 2012). Patron ticket includes first
  choice of seat. Vendors pledging at this level receive an 8' table for September 7, 8 & 9, 2012 in vendors area at no additional cost.

  *a $180 Regular Seat ticket pledge through the "Pledge Your Ticket" program via Kickstarter gets you a Regular Seat ticket to "A Tribute to the
  Classics" pre-show, Friday (September 7, 2012) and Saturday & Sunday "Main Event" (September 8 & 9, 2012). Vendors pledging at this
  level receive an 8' table for for September 7, 8 & 9, 2012 in vendors area for an additional $50

  a Vendor only interested in a table and no tickets for the event are able to purchase an 8' table for for September 7, 8 & 9, 2012 in
  vendors area for $100.

The OhioProg 2012 vendors area will be located inside the main host hotel, McKinley Grand Hotel, on the first floor in the lobby to the left of the front desk. A number of meeting rooms have been designated to the vendors area for the festival. The hotel is within walking distance from the venue at just a few blocks away. The hotel has personnel at the front desk 24-hours-a-day, 7-days-a-week and has security inside the building and the lobby during the hours of 11pm-7am.

These are initial terms provided to start the application process. Please contact us if you are interested in one of these packages and if you have any additional vending needs.

*deposits are due by December 31, 2011 to secure your table or booth in the vendors area. Deposits will be made through the "Pledge Your Ticket" program via Kickstarter. Please contact us to discuss additional payment options.
